Deleting your account for whatever reason is easy. It’s a two-step process to ensure we don’t lose any information important to you.
Using the Web App or Website:
- Navigate to the dashboard.
- Click on the support option in the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.
- This will open the support page. Here, enter your email address—the same address that the account is under.
- If the account is under a different email address due to a key mistype or any other reason, let us know so we can fix it.
- If you truly want to delete the account, fill out the information and inform us of your decision.
- We will send a follow-up email to confirm that it is your account and to ensure you have retrieved everything you need from it. As deleting the account will result in the loss of all associated information, make sure you have saved all necessary data before proceeding.
Using the Mobile App (iOS or Android):
- Log in to the app.
- Navigate to the menu by clicking on the three lines.
- Click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen.
- Select the “Delete Account” option and click “Delete your account”.
- A confirmation message will appear. Confirm your decision.
- This action will trigger an email to us, and we will follow the same process of verifying and ensuring you have all the information you need before deleting the account. Note that this will log you out of the app.
Once you have confirmed that you have everything you need, we will proceed to delete your account and all associated data.
