Live Game Management

Let’s talk about managing a live game. I am going to just pick a couple teams and quickly add a game here. All right, and now I am going to go ahead and click into the timer of my game. And you are more than likely going to be on a phone. If you are in the web app, you’ll have something that looks like this. And when the game starts, when the ball kicks off is the best time to set the timer. Hit that start button, you’ll get a game started, and you are tracking time. So whenever you see something that you want to track or mark, just click it. So, and if you can’t figure out what it is, just hit highlight, and then you can come back to it later.

Now, it’s always going to mark the person that is logged in. So as you’re going, and maybe you see a teammate do something pretty cool, they get a goal. So you want to just mark that to be able to go back and look at it. Now, you can always change the player right here by clicking on the player, and it will pull up everyone on your team, and also a default player from the other team. And you can select anybody on the team that you want to assign that moment to. Hit save, and it’s going to pull it out, and it’s going to put it under their name and their account. So when they log in, they’ll be able to see it, even though they did not actually log in.

So that’s where you could manage an entire team easily, is as you see these plays happening, hit them, and then when you get a break, just come back, click it, assign it to whoever did it, save it, and move on. So then when you do finish the game, everyone will have clips of their video, and you’ll have some really good stats on who did what, that will just help in the overall analytics of the game.

Now, so the first half is ended, it end, it’s going to go to the second half, it’s ready when the ball kicks off on the second half, just hit start, it’s going to start logging these for the second half, and the green is generally offensive type plays, the red is generally defensive type plays, and the neutral color here is generally just a neutral, because you could do a move on offense or defense. Sub is just tracking subs in general, and the highlight button is just the default, if action’s happening quick and you just want to grab it as a highlight, you can change it later in your account.

So now when the second half is done, it end, that’s going to end the game, except if you go into extra time, if you do go in extra time, hit the extra time tab here, and then hit start, and then just let it run, if it goes into the first overtime or double overtime or penalty kicks, doesn’t matter, just let it run, and it will sync up at the end. So that’s it, if you do go into extra time when everything’s done and you’ve won the game, then hit end, and that’ll mark the end, and you can come down here, and you can add the score, two, one, save, and done.

Now, one other thing, if you want to grab, if you want to download those moments, you can click on this little three dots here, you could download those moments just as backup, you’ll just download it as a text file with the timestamps to your phone, so you could share it or save it, or just hold on to it as backup. Okay, that’s it for managing a live game.
